This is Earth Dimension S-152. In this Dimension a phenomenon called Soulbound happens. There is no scientific explanation for why it occurs. That's why many people believe in a supernatural reason. Soulbound as the name suggets, bounds two individual Humans to eachother. They feel eachothers emotions and pain. Some never find their Soulmate, some will never have one in their lifetime.
