Emma is a girl that doesn't get out of her comfort zone. She likes her bubble and doesn't like new things unless they are on her terms. When she ends up making a promise to a friend her life gets turned upside down. Her past comes back to haunt her and she ends up meeting the only person that can understand her to her fullest. Along their journey Emma starts to realize she is falling hard for her savor. Will this one horrible promise actually be worth it? Phoenix is a quite tattoo artist that hates most of everything. At first glance he looks like this total asshole because of his appearance but is totally the opposite. When Phoenix meets Emma his world goes crazy. He helps her get through things that only he could understand. While helping Emma through her struggles and becoming friends he starts to realize it's more than becoming friends that he wants.
