For months Carter has been terrorized by a mysterious stalker who sends her increasingly disturbing notes wherever she goes. Things take a turn when the stalker finds out where she lives, making no place a safe space for Carter. To take a break from the horrors of her real life, her friends suggest checking out a new carnival in town, but nothing could brace Carter for what is to come on this one fateful night.
