Prologue

(I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing description wise, but HERE WE GO)

Izuku Midoriya, a quirkless student who is constantly bullied, made fun of, and laughed at for his lack of a quirk, and of his dreams of being a hero. after he is saved from a slime villian by the number one hero All Might, he asked a question so he could prove his bullies- no, prove kacchan wrong.
"can I be a hero without a quirk?"
but the answer he got would shatter his world forever

but what if a unexpected encounter not only gave him a chance to be a hero, but almost guaranteed it?
if he can control it that is.
