Preamble Ramble

I don't know quite what possessed me to write this story, or even where it's going. In many important ways, this story was inspired by the writing of @DarrenDean1.

The basic idea was to have everyone's favorite villain, the religious whacko, be the hero. Erasmus Bubble is one part Don Quixote, one part Pardu the Holy Man (from the Movie, "Mazes and Monsters"), one part Lit RPG hero come to life, and one part troubled high school student with a history of mental illness.

The hope is that this story will go into some interesting philosophical areas, some weird surreal places, and maybe make reality seem a little less real and a little more magical.
