Felicity Telford has everything she wants as an up-and-coming artist in Manhattan. But all of that is about to change. And not for the better. Forced to trade her city life and return to her roots in Santa Cruz, a beach town she wanted to forget, Felicity has one goal. Tie up loose ends and get back to her life. Felicity's plans change when she meets the rugged Hayden Blake, manager of a snow cone shack.
