Forever is a long time but it's made better with the right company. Wars may be waged, loved ones may be lost, friendships may be broken, fears may be exploited, and pain may be present but at least they came through it on the other side, together. The golden afterlife will reflect their sacrifices and the hellfire will lighten their surroundings, visible for once in their lives like how the flames always plagued their minds where nobody could see them. Is it Heaven or Hell? It's hard to tell sometimes.
