Anya never expected to get the Hanahaki Disease, I mean who would? Not many people believed it existed.
But then she meets Conner. Although at first she didn't love him, he grew on her. She told him everything. She even told him when she had a crush on his girlfriend. (He didn't care though) Months later and she's dating his girlfriend. While they're dating, Conner texts her that he used to like her. Month later Anya and her girlfriend breakup due to the fact that Anya might be in love with Conner.
