Where it all ends (and everything begins).

Detective Darkwood has left everything behind. The old life he knew is gone; replaced by the taste of bitter coffee and the echoes of the holding cells being slammed shut. Joining the NYPD wasn't an easy decision but he knows he can get through it with Branwell by his side. One day changes everything. Forensics are callled and a blood soaked man is cuffed and led away to the sound of blaring sirens.
Tables are turned and everything they once knew has been changed.
The question is this : When it comes down to the wire, do you ever really know the people you are working with?
