Every year the government holds a contest to see who gets chosen, they give all people ages 13-23 a number, the rules are simple if you survive the testing you can go home, if you don't then you die. so every year they hold a session they choose people 1 from each country from all around the world to go for 1 year, when Kako's number gets pulled she gets experimented on; along with the people she meets, but when Kako suddenly stumbles upon the Governments secret plans, and tells her new found friends they have a sudden rush of a need to escape, so will Kako and her uncanny friends manage to escape and expose the Governments
