Description
Peloquin is a Palerth prince in a world where powerful Palerthean kingdoms have colonized swaths of the Zanerth's under-water-world. A resistance movement, accidentally started by three scientists who are way over their heads, threatens Palerth rule. Unfortunately, Peloquin - as head of his kingdom's domestic police force - has had to work closely with some Zanerth, including Roo, a young rebel who is determined to make a difference (and drive Peloquin insane). Even more unfortunately, Peloquin's little sister is done with the Palerth's strict gender roles and ready to take action. Torn between two worlds, Peloquin will have to choose between power and freedom, comfort and doing the right thing. His choices will change the Zanerthian world forever. And if he doesn't fuck up Roo might hate his guts a little less.
