In the 1960s, a young monster hunter named Hillary Rodham and her mentor, Dr. Dorothy Hodgkin, of the Ordre de Protection des Sorcières (or Protective Order of Witches aka OPS) are tasked with administering a vampire cure to a dangerous and powerful Russian politician.
