The Mysterious 14th Division

Ever wonder how Toshiro got so strong? Ever wonder why you never see any other Zanpaktou dragons other than Toshiros'? It's simple really. They are usually kept within the 14th division. A special division created to help those with dragon zanpaktou's be in control and help the Seireitei. Now Rei has found herself the Luitentant of this so called 14th division. Can she handle it?
