Mark Chander, AKA Mute, is a man of few words, who prefers technology and science over humans. He's quick and to the point, often seen as rude due to his curt nature. Being very intelligent and analytical, allowed him to create GC90 "Moni" Signal Disrupters, a revolutionary device made to disrupt any electrical signals nearby.
