A Change in the timeline

One fateful day, Izuku was saved from a villain by All Might which would spark a whole set of events causing him to become the No.1 hero's successor. What if someone else rescued him though in this timeline? Not a hero. Not a villain, but more powerful than the two sides? A neutral force granting Izuku a Quirk and turning him into a vigilante?
