"We're all scarred. We're all troubled souls." That's what my best friend Ava would say to comfort me every single time I completely lost my mind.

She is right. We are all scarred. But while everyone seems to be dealing with their scars alright-ish, I keep loudly spiraling down into nothingness.

Especially with Halloween and the holiday season around the corner.
I'm not sure if and how I will survive.
