Mystic Mayhem

Set in New York City, Mizuki, a young woman trained by a rebellion, joins the Teenage Mutant Ninja turtles in fighting off the malicious Baron Draxum and other villains, while focusing on her mission to save all of humanity.

And on a side note: she is also falling for the brains of the team.
