Set in a dystopian future, the government body who call themselves The Facility have solved the problems of violence by keeping its citizens in hibernation until they reach their thirtieth year. Every citizen is programmed with the skills and knowledge they need to fulfil the purpose that The Facility have provided them. Children no longer exist. There are some who disagree with The Facility's rules, and those in charge want them destroyed.
