So basically Bakugou falls from heaven because she broke the laws of the god. she was sent down to earth to learn a lesson and hopefully earn some self respect and treat others nicely, because that's what angels are supposed to be like. I while she was there, Bakugou met Kirishima, a student from UA. They became friends but Bakugou felt something more for Kirishima.
