Settling in

This story is about a girl (Nala) that moves from South Africa to America. She soon discovers that life in America is way more different than the life she lived back home.

Nala didn't live a perfect life. she had an absent father and her mother would push her to her limits. when Nala told her mom about going to America and finishing her studies there her mom was over the moon and told her she could go.

in this book' we have flashbacks of Nala's past and also what she had to deal with back home

when Nala meets this boy she starts opening about herself and actually thinks she is falling in love with him but she is not ready to let her guard down and is really protective of her heart.
