Ksenija Selan is an autistic nineteen-year-old living a dull life that consists of her attempts to escape the chains of her adverse experiences. The aim to cope with her long-term struggles with mental health whilst discovering herself is a challenging task she doesnʼt know how to tackle.

Upon losing hope after enduring heartbreak, her sister is there to save the day, and with her encouragement, Ksenija finally commences her path to recovery. Alas, her life takes a drastic turn--for better or worse--upon being matched with a riveting older man who introduces himself as her psychiatrist.

From there, she begins to uncover a world she has never known before, soon finding herself entangled in a newfound illicit love. Ensnared by her fixation, she undertakes it to make things work her way, which may include seducing the forbidden man and ultimately getting more than she bargained for.
