As her sixteenth birthday approaches, Skai is given the opportunity to leave the vampire world for the human one. The future princess assumes the name Skai Lawrence and quickly befriends a street-smart kid named Damien and a free spirited blonde named Megan. Soon after arriving at a human school both of her worlds collide. As other vampires show up and the act of murder begins to increase, Skai must assume her role as princess. Will she be able to keep her lives separate, or will she be forced to realize that joining the human world was a mistake of epic proportions?
