Sam Weiss is a young boy who is one of the last remaining warrior candidates. Unlike the others, he has decided to become a warrior for a secret reason. He puts up a front of Marleyan patriotism when around Marleyans, but he is anything but. The only thing keeping him together are those he surrounds himself with. It's time to see where Sam goes.
