It was Izuku was on the beach without all might, he was cleaning the beach to get extra work in but he looked up and saw a shooting star he was gonna make a wish but the star changed direction and it was making a beeline for him. Hey jumped out of the way then hit crashed in to the sand.

So for this story Izuku will have the original omnitrix and I'll have some of Ben 10 villains come into play also the plumbers be around but later on. Gwen will be Izuku's cousin.
This will not be a hearm story tho
