Prologue

What felt like an eternity had passed before anyone said anything. I could feel the tension rise. The air suddenly became thick and it was agonizingly difficult for me to breathe. Until finally mystery boy cracked a sly grin.

I had never seen something so sinister on such a beautiful and innocent face. But something about him caused the hair on my neck to prickle, and my stomach to churn in the most sickening way possible.

~This is my first story and I rather show then tell. So that is just a sneak peak to what you're about to dive into.
