Sam was Niall Horan's childhood bestfriend. But he left after he auditioned for the X-Factor and completely forgot about her. She moves to New York in attempt to make a new life for herself and to try to forget about Him. It doesn't work just like she planned, with her winding up with a job at the local Starbucks in NYC.
