Chapter One: The Dream

Hi, this is Doll and here's the description:
When just over a quarter of the human population has the same dream no one can call it a coincidence. Almost everything is the same, from the black nothingness to the strange man shuffling bingo balls. After a short introduction, he pulls out the first ball, what he calls out isn't a number. It's a power and he pulls out one for each person. How will the world react to these new super-powered beings? Cower in fear, embrace them with open arms, or attack?
