Does The Bible Contain Errors Or Not?

The Christian evangelical scholarly world is divided over the matter of biblical inerrancy. Many sincere Christian evangelical scholars think that the Bible is inerrant (has no errors) in only the redemptive matters. Of course, other scholars believe that the Bible is inerrant in all that it affirms.
But what about the simple Christian who does not have time or energy to consider this complex theme? Should he/she consider the Bible to be with errors or not?
