Anything you say can and will be used against you in the court of law. You have the right to an attorney. If you cannot afford one, which I'm sure you'd be able to, the court will appoint one for you. RASHAD: This is a joke. Toni and Rashad Smith seem to have it all, money, power, respect and even some good friends. However, things aren't always what they seem. Toni has been keeping a secret from her husband, and if he was to ever find out it would change life as she knows it. Rashad, a successful lawyer, has been keeping a secret himself.
