Alina is everything her family isn't she smart and bright, not the general killer of thief's that make up her family. It's no wonder she had been one of the founders of building the shrink ray, that is used to shrink criminals so that they can serve there punishment. The thing about the shrink ray is there is no way to get back to normal size; but the public doesn't know that. When Alina finds out someone sabotage her chance of promotion and her height, she only has one person to turn to; while she's stuck at a shrunken height.
