Hachinichi Bachi: 8-Day Bee (Part 1)

(This is my absolute favourite ZoSan manga and I keep losing it in the rest of the ZoSan mangas so this is how I'm going to find it)

Sanji is stung by a troublesome bee that prevents the cook from sleeping for 8 days. The first few days seemed easy, although a certain Marimo noticed that Sanji had gotten physically colder than before.

Will Sanji be able to last that long?
