Kol Mikaelson was about to be killed by Elena and Jeremy Gilbert but was saved by an unknown force. He flees from Mystic Falls and he gets captured by a different kind of vampire. Sam, Dean, and Ashtyn were on a vampire hunt, when they find a man who has been captured by the nest. After saving him, they offer him protection and training.
