"What are you?" I asked strangely.

"What do you mean dear?" He asked playing dumb.

"You aren't a werewolf nor are you a human. You can't be a witch because you haven't said any spells yet your nails grew ten times taller. What are you?"

"I see you pay attention to details," He complimented before he began chuckling, "I suppose the good girl wants her reward?"

"Well dear," He chuckled before leaning in so only I could hear, "have you ever heard of the supposed extinct species of vampires?"
