Westward

After the death of her parents, Calla finds herself utterly alone & heading out West to join her brother and his family. When her traveling stagecoach is attacked by Native American Indians, Calla runs for her life not realizing that she is running straight for a hungry and angry bear. Saved from being a grizzly's dinner by Takoda, a man with only pants on, Calla is now confronted with a whole new life style of the Indian man that saved her, the people of his village, and whether or not she really does want to make it all the way out West to her brother. Struggling with her budding feelings for Takoda and trying to keep her head above water in a new culture will be trying for Calla.

I know it's not politically correct or completely historically accurate, I just had a dream one night and had to put it on paper; I figured someone else may enjoy Calla and Takoda as much as I do. I truly do not mean to offend anyone, I'm just trying to go with the historical vibe of the time. If you don't like that, you are welcome not to read. It's a historical romance, judging by that section in your neighborhood bookstore, I think we all know what to expect. ;) Mature themes later on, I'll change the rating when we hit that point.
