Amaya, being one of the only survivors of the Uchiha Clan massacre, struggles to fit in with the other academy kids. Especially, Sasuke Uchiha, who wants nothing to do with her despite their clan. When she graduates from the academy, she is placed on the same squad as Shikamaru Nara and Choji Akimichi.
