When Midoriya was five years old he found a kitten with red and white fur and a burn on his eye, he took it home and him and his mother bandages the kitten. He named the kitten Todoroki and kept him until he was ten, his mother died and he had to move to America with his uncle and leave Todoroki behind. He promised the cat that he would come back when he turned eighteen and look for him. Well one eye turned eighteen he kept his promise and moved back to Japan into a small little house. At this point Midoriya is famous for his Romance novels. Well he finds Todoroki again and instantly took him to back.
