Lisa likes to drive 'it' fast. As part of the most elite streetcar crew in Las Vegas, when she's not boosting cars she's racing them. When a sexy cat-eyed brunette from a rival racing crew throws a wrench in her life, Lisa is forced to make a choice: slow down and enjoy the ride or shut up and drive.
