Tony Stark and his wife Pepper Stark had just settled into married life, yet, Tony felt like something was missing. Perhaps it was the lack of knowledge of that new vigilante, Spider-man, or for something new in the pattern of meetings, meetings, and more meetings everyday. Little did he know he'd soon find it, in the form of a smart kid with pun-covered t-shirts. At the same time, young Peter Parker felt like he couldn't possibly be blessed anymore. He had the best friends at school, the best powers as Spider-man, and the best opportunity to learn as one of Stark Industries' newest interns. Sure, he still lived in an abusive group home, he had to put up with Flash's constant bullying at school, and his boss at the internship wasn't the nicest, but at least he could call Ned and MJ his best friends, Spider-man his alter-ego, and Stark Industries his home for a couple hours after school everyday. He couldn't imagine his life getting any better, and when it did, he couldn't see how it could possibly last. I don't own Marvel or much else from this story except for the characters I created to bring the story along. I gained a lot of inspiration from other stories, but I'll try to make this as original as possible.
