Chapter 1

A woman wakes up, trapped and alone. Stuck in the middle of a vast desert, with nothing else in sight.

And everyone she ever knows is dead and forgotten. The human race is extinct.

Everything is.

And deep down she knows, she knows she deserves it.

Then a man wakes up, not quite alone. His wife is gone, his life is too.

But although he doesn't know it yet, he was woken for a reason.

They both remember a space station. They both know what they've done.
