The world as we know it is no more there are those in high standing that rule over those who are considered rouges.
The rouges hide their children from the high counsel that are in search of new stock to breed for their new generation.
If those found unworthy for breeding are placed into the lab where experiments and gene alteration takes place for their warriors.
