Full time student, part time stripper, there is something special about Tasha that's not only drawing Murtok's attention but the attention of every vampire in the city. Beyond his better judgement he shields her from the monsters who lust after her flesh and blood, and within her closeness Murtok begins to emotionally unravel. In the guise of a warm blanket of indulgence lingers a dagger poised to plunge into his black heart. The question now lay in if she is able to sooth his lonesome journey through the toils of immortality and save him from plunging further into his insanity, or if she will destroy him...
