On the one of the craziest nights in New York, a fire had taken place that afternoon, a riot at night and the hospital was overflowing. An arrogant, self centred cop and a bubbly, out going nurse cross paths. The city is already thrown into chaos but it might cause more chaos when these two cross paths.
