Ryan and Lewis have been filing missing person reports in this dragon-infested apocalyptic world for five years. After a while, things change...and Ryan doesn't get time to think until someone new walks into his office.

And becomes more than a friend, for a split second.

Also, I'm really proud of my story. Not in the bragging kind of way, just like "omg my kid got 2nd place in a spelling bee what an achievement for them" kind of proud
