Brendon is struggling, to say the least. Life is hard enough trying to keep a city under control, and it just gets worse when decimated bodies keep popping up in secluded alleyways. All the while, he tries to juggle his personal life, the media, and a (un)stable mentality. Just to make things even better, he has an entirely new team to recruit and train under the watchful eye of the city.
