The condition of the world is deteriorating. Dark, mysterious entities lurk around, devouring the minds of the pure and vulnerable. They sense even just a faint hint of despondency like how they sense blood.

Human extinction is only a few steps away. Only a few are still existing, Emelie is one of them. When she thought that all hope was lost, a voice spoke to her. A man in the dark. Like a blinding light he was, he held her back from her own negativity. Joining him, she didn't feel threatened at all, but a question was always in her mind: who was he? Better yet, what was he?
