We are a poor family with less needs in life, but me, I wanted something more. For my scholarship I could be admitted in Eastwood Collage. When the mail came for my acceptance. How utterly joyful I was, jumping up and down in my cowboy boots to my mother. "Mother, I got admitted!" I called out to her, after I had read the letter. I certainly could not move my eyes of off it. It was the happiest day of my life. Freshmen. That is what I was. In this huge campus. In this huge city. I was entirely unware of what was going to happen to my life.
