Chapter 1 - Moving Back

“Nobody’s perfect, Chloe. You just have to make things worth it, not perfect.”

Saying this he left me standing alone on the sidewalk. I wanted to call out to him but refrained myself from doing so. Watching his retreating figure, I thought about what he said—about making things worth it.

Chloe Brooks moves back to New York after three years to live her not so perfect life. She always believed her life to be perfect before she moved away.
However, Chloe soon learns, from someone totally unexpected, that things don't have to be perfect, they just have to be worth it.
