It has been two years since Thanos attacked and Wanda has returned to the team. The Justice League and their covert operations team have been keeping tabs on the Kaplan twins ever since Billy lost his memory and Tommy refused to join the team again, opting to look after his brother.

But the twins have recently fallen off the grid and it is up to the team to find them before other, less friendly, forces get to them.
