A Normal day in Sea-gem

Axel has lived on the coast his entire life, where seashells, and starfish wash over the sand everyday. However, on August 10th a bottle washes upon the shore, something in which Axel has never heard of before. With town legends, of mermaids dragging young boys down into the depths of the ocean, causing them to suffocate, it frightens his very soul. But, he believes it is a cry for help, and makes the biggest mistake of all. He reads the message in the bottle.
