They neither had nor shown any qualms of serving him as Third in Command from under the veil of their visor--of which gave them the terrifying facade of being completely void of emotion. What laid beneath that abyssal visor however, was a constant, torturous reminder that would still continue to occupy Soundwave's mind - one that they would never forget--or forgive.
